Lisa Harvel - President The Air Force brought us to Mountain Home in 1983. After retiring we decided that Mountain Home was exactly the kind of place where we want to raise out two children. We have a son who is currently in the Air Force & our daughter has given us our first grandson. My husband is currently employed by the City of Mountain Home. I'm the Community Relations Representative for McDonald's.

Connie McKuster - Director Connie has been in Idaho for 15 years, with all but 1 year in Mountain Home. The Air Force brought her to Mountain Home, but the Mountain Home community kept her here. She has one daughter that is married to a Marine Air Traffic Controller and four grandchildren. They are stationed in North Carolina. Connie has been a nurse for over 25 years and has worked for Horizon Home Health and Hospice for ten years. She has been the Branch Manager for six years. Connie also is on the Advisory Board for Elmore Medical Center’s, Center for Community Health.

Rich Sykes - Director Rich is currently an agent with Farm Bureau Insurance of Idaho. Rich’s wife Kim, who is the Branch Manager of Eagle Home Mortgage in Mountain Home, brought Rich to Mountain Home, Idaho in 2002. Rich is from the Boise/Caldwell area, and has lived in Idaho for 29 plus years. After coming here, Rich decided this was a great place to raise a family. He has two son’s Caden and Carter. Along with the two boys Kim also has two daughters that live here in Mountain Home, Mckenzie and Courtney, who also works for Eagle Home Mortgage. Rich has been on the Chamber Board since 2009. Rich is also a proud member of the Mountain Home Lions Club. “WE SERVE” is the motto of the Lions club, and Rich strongly believes in giving back to the community. Currently Rich is the Tail Twister and has served as a Board of Director for this Club. Rich currently sits on the Board of Directors for Silver Wings of Idaho. Silver wings works closely with the Mountain Home Air Force Base to host, and put on a world class air show for the people of Idaho, Mountain Home, and the surrounding community at no cost to attend the Air Show. Rich is also involved with “MAC” or Military Affairs Committee. MAC also works closely with the Air Force Base to promote Local community and Air Force Base relationships. Rich was appointed in 2008 through 2010 to the 366th Security Force Squadron as an Honorary Commander. Rich is also a Master Mason here at the local Mountain Home lodge #30. He is really proud to be a part of such great history, and all the good deeds and work that they do for the local community. Rich is an Elk member at the local BPOE #2276 here in Mountain Home. Bar none Mountain Home is a great community for young and old alike. If you like small town fun, great atmosphere, and great people, then you will love it here! That is why I have chosen to make Mountain Home my Home. There is no better place to live, work, and play!!

Robby Robinson - Director Robby was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. He joined the USAF in 1981 and spent 22 years in the Aircraft Maintenance career field. He and his wife Nancy were assigned to Mountain Home Air Force Base in 1996 until his retirement in 2002. Directly after his retirement, Robby accepted a position at Home Federal Bank where he serves as the Branch Manager. Robby serves on several volunteer organizations such as Silver Wings of Idaho, Military Affairs, and the El-Wyhee Business Association . He is also an Alumni Honorary Commander for Mountain Home Air Force Base. Robby likes to spend his spare time with family and friends around the Bar-B-Q. He is also an avid bowler with 2 perfect games thus far. Robby loves the small town atmosphere Mountain Home provides and the exceptional relationship between the local community and the Air Base. He looks forward to his appointment as Director on the Chamber and is excited about providing his input to improve the Mountain Home Community.

Nancy Marshall -Vice President Currently Preservation Director at the Mountain Home Historical Museum which serves over 400 members and the community with projects and events which highlight local and Elmore County history. Innovative professional with several years of progressive experience within the entertainment and sales industry. I offer the skills to drive business growth, community relations, capitalize on new revenue potential, and manage all aspects of daily nonprofit business operations.

Linda Ketterling - Past President Linda was born and raised in a small Idaho town north of Rupert called Acequia. Linda and her husband Terry have made their way to Mountain Home via Raft River, and Oreana. She has spent much of her days caring for their two children and volunteering on various organizations along the way. She is a past member of Parent groups with North Elementary, Mountain Home Jr. High, and Mountain Home High School. She is currently a member of Beta Zeta Civic Club, whose main purpose is to raise funds, or items to benefit charitable organizations. Linda is also the bookkeeper for the local Mountain Home businesses TLK Dairy, Inc. and TLK Farms, Inc. which Terry and Linda have built together over the years. In her spare time Linda enjoys working out and spending time with her family at their cabin in Featherville, Idaho.

Lori Posey - Executive Director Lori, her husband Jim and their two children Jacob and Shelby moved to Idaho from Montana four years ago. Their oldest child, Cody, is still in Montana attending the University in Missoula. Lori grew up in Great Falls, and attended Montana State University earning her Bachelor of Science Degree. She has fifteen years experience as an investigator for Child Support Enforcement and three years experience as the Safe Kids Safe Communities Coordinator for Cascade County. She has spent her time in Mountain Home following her childrens sports, football, basketball and track and remodeling a 100 year old Victorian Home. Mountain Home is a great community. As a family they have felt very welcome by the people they have met. Lori is very excited about her new job with the Chamber of Commerce. She is honored to have the position and hopes to be able to help the Chamber grow in the community and provide those members the support they need to help their businesses prosper.

Randy Valley - AFAD Air Force Appreciation Day Committee (AFAD) Chair, Chamber of Commerce Executive Board Member. As AFAD chair Randy directs Air Force Appreciation Day which is held the first Friday and Saturday after Labor Day each year. The Chamber created AFAD as way for Mountain Home to show it's appreciation for and to honor all our local military. The event starts on Friday night with a fun run and social complete with food, drinks and entertainment. Then on Saturday we have one of the largest parades in Idaho, serve over 5,000 free barb-b-que and corn on the cob meals and provide great entertainment through out the day. AFAD is nearing it's 50th year and is attended by approximately 10,000 people each year.
Randy is a Financial Advisor with Waddell & Reed. His other community service include being a member of the Mountain Home Lions' Club and a member on his Church's finance counsel.

Denise Barresi - Travel & Tourism Committee Chair for Elmore County Travel & Tourism, Involved in the Chamber for 15 years, past Chamber Board of Director. Johnson Brothers Hospitality employee for 21 years and currently is General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites located in Mountain Home. Enjoys her children Dillon & Hannah, watching their sporting activities, gardening, and spending time exploring Idaho and shopping.

Ray Liercke - Military Affairs Committee My wife Kim and I have lived in Mountain Home since 1996. My occupation is a building contractor and my position is President of Liercke Construction Inc. I have a good relationship with many of the Air Force personnel for whom I have built homes over the past 14 years. I have also worked with City Officials and Chamber of Commerce and Military Affairs members. I always look forward to the summer barbecues. I now serve as a board member of Silver Wings and participated with great pleasure in the presentation of our last two air shows at the base. I was an honorary commander of the 390th fighter squadron in the past. One of my most exciting experiences was the opportunity to fly in the F15E in 2007. I am an active Master Mason and Shriner and have held the following positions; President Elmore Shrine Club, President of El Korah Tin Lizzie’s and Second Ceremonial Master of El Korah Divan. As a Tin Lizzie our family spends many weekends participating in parades throughout the Northwest. Ever since my teenage years as a 4-H member I have always had a “hobby farm” and garden to care for. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and of course participating in my two children’s sport activities.

Doreen Krabbenhoft - Business to Business Originally from Minnesota, the Krabbenhoft's lived in Fargo, ND for many years before moving to Idaho. Doreen graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Marketing Degree. She and her husband, Carter have been married for 26 years and have three children. Doreen's career brought the family out west when she became Executive Director at the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce and in 2004 they moved to Mountain Home when she joined the staff at Elmore Medical Center (EMC) as the Development Director. Doreen is responsible for marketing and public relations activities at Elmore Medical Center which includes Trinity Mountain Medical Clinic. The Development Department is responsible for the Center for Community Health initiative and all volunteer activities. In addition, Doreen is the Executive Director for the Elmore Medical Center Foundation, a 501(c) 3 non-profit that raises money to support Elmore Medical Center. Outside of work, Doreen is an avid quilter and needleworker and has donated many quilts to a variety of community organizations including the Mountain Home Historical Society and the Arts After Five program. She is currently an Honorary Commander with the Mountain Home Air Force Base Honorary Commander program. She attended the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Managment in Tuscon, AZ and served as a registered lobbyist in ND, representing the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead. Her Chamber experience includes Economic Development, Travel and Tourism promotion, and Legislative Public Affairs.

Sue Gross - DIG-IT Sue has worked for the Economic Development for over 15 years since it was started as the Elmore County Impact Steering Committee. She came to Mountain Home on active duty with the Air Force in 1980 when her Idahoan husband said, “Let’s put in for Mountain Home, Idaho.” Except for ’85 to ‘88, they’ve been here ever since. The Economic Development office serves as a resource point for many state and regional entities as well as local businesses and citizens. Sue wears many hats in her described duties. Of most importance, Sue works with Paula Riggs, Mountain Home's new Economic Development Director, providing information to new businesses and assisting existing business whenever needed. She and Paula gather and organize a variety of data including a community profile. She is actively involved with DIG-IT - Downtown Revitalization and Travel & Tourism. She works with the Chamber of Commerce on coordinating local events that benefit the city and it’s businesses such as Air Force Appreciation, Crazy Days, Fall Festival, Chamber Auction and Installation Banquet and other activities which improve the quality of life in our community.

Mir Seyedbagheri - Agri-Business Mir is an Educator/Professor at the University of Idaho Extension, with degrees in Soil Science and Soil Agronomy. He has worked over 30 years with crop production and horticulture. Internationally recognized for his research and expertise in soil organic matter, Mir provides urban and commercial horticultural problem-solving and teaches numerous subjects in Master Gardener’s classes. He is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards in the area of soil sustainability and soil health. He also supervises and directs the Elmore County 4-H as well as the Weed and Pest Department.

Paula Riggs - Silver Wings Paula has been on the Board of Directors for Silver Wings of Idaho since 2005 and was elected President in November of 2009. Silver Wings of Idaho works closely with Mountain Home Air Force Base to co-produce Gunfighter Skies, a first class, free Air Show for the people of Idaho and the surrounding States. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Military Affairs Committee which is another great organization that works hand in hand with Mountain Home Air force Base. She is also an Alumni Honorary Commander for the Mountain Home Air Force Base. Paula previously was the Branch Manager at Chase Bank in Mountain Home but has recently accepted a position with the City of Mountain Home as the Economic Development Director.
