Mountain Home Annual Events The Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce hosts the following events.

Crazee Dayz Carnival The Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce brings a carnival to town every spring. Merchants are encouraged to offer Crazee Dayz deals throughout town.

GFF&A ~Golf, Food, Fun & Auction This is the Chamber's largest fundraiser of the year and takes place in June or July each year and is held at Desert Canyon Golf Course.

AFAD ~ Air Force Appreciation Days Air Force Appreciation Day, (AFAD) was started in 1961 by the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce as a means to thank all the local military for all they do for our country and our local communities. It has evolved into a 2 day event which is scheduled for the Friday and Saturday following Labor Day each year. Read more about this annual event by clicking under the Committee Section.

Fall Harvest Festival Each fall, Mountain Home Local and Regional vendors line the downtown sidewalks; and streets are blocked off for live entertainment; Farmers Market and historical hayrides throughout town.

Giving Tree This program provides new wrapped and tagged Christmas gifts to less fortunate families in the Mountain Home area.

Christmas Parade of Lights This is an annual event that takes place in December. The parade of lights goes starts by going down 2nd Street & continues to Rail Road Park where businesses sponsor lighted decorations throughout the park. Santa and Mrs. Claus join the festivities and the Community Christmas Tree is lit with much applause. Year after year, this is a festive event & always fills its viewers with holiday cheer.
